The AWV Plus WiFi Alarm System is a DIY, self-monitored home security alarm system, which is ready to go as soon as you connect it to your WiFi router. Available are wireless sensors and accessories which are easily added to your system directly through your smartphone app. The AWV Plus WiFi Alarm System is ideal for residences, small offices and small shops.
Easy to Install, Setup and Use
With the AWV Plus system it is quick and easy to configure your wireless alarm system with it's plug-and-play setup. Simply plug in the power, download the free iOS or Android app, connect to your WiFi and then pair your wireless sensors and accessories, then you can leave home with complete peace of mind! Use the smartphone app to access settings such as siren volume and time, exit and entry delays, sensor additions or deletions and many more with just a few swipes and taps.

With the AWV Plus comes a new and updated mobile app to provide more functionality, security and account management tools for your Chuango home security system.
Personal Account Management
Register an account with the Chuango app to access configuration of your AWV Plus hub and securely access and manage your private information and data.
Redesigned Arm/Disarm Interface
A redesign of the arm and disarm interface makes it easier to use and provides additional functionality at your fingertips, such as an SOS button and a larger arm/disarm buttons to avoid any mis-clicks or errors.
Integration of Hub and Camera
A new interface to interact with your home security system cameras, such as the IP116 Plus (included with this product), allows you to switch between cameras easily and utilize the chat, photography and recording functions easier and quicker than ever before.
Improved Device and Account Management
Customize your account and devices through a dedicated menu in the app. Change your nickname, avatar and password while also viewing which products are linked to your account. You can also add, rename and view the status of all devices that are attached to your account.
Modify Hub and Accessory Settings
With the Chuango app you can modify and configure your hub and accessories right on the app. You also have the option to share your devices to others and give them access for specific periods of time or let them view video cameras.
Receive Real-time Notifications
The AWV Plus alarm has a formidably loud alarm when triggered. The system will also send you push notifications, in real-time, so you are always kept aware of what is happening in your home.

The AWV Plus works around the clock and stays vigilant at all times with no down time or snoozing. It also features a new and improved lithium-polymer backup battery which ensures 20 hours of battery life in the event of a power outage or sabotage.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
